KSCQ series Vacuum Degasser is a special-purpose device and a new type one for the treatment of gas in the drilling fluids. It can get rid of various gas of invasive drilling quickly. Vacuum degasser is very important for returning mud gravity, stabilizing mud viscosity and reducing drilling cost. Technical Features of KSCQ Vacuum Degasser:

Ÿ   The drilling fluid enters the vacuum tank with the help of a vacuum pump, while the gas leaves the tank.

Ÿ   In operation, the water circulation vacuum pump temperature is constant, suitable for flammable and explosive gas, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Ÿ   The drilling fluid is sprayed through the rotor window at high speed to the tank wall, the gas in the drilling mud is broken and the gas in the drilling mud is completely separated.

Ÿ   The main motor is installed at one end to reduce the center of gravity of the vacuum degassing machine.
