In solids control & drilling wastemanagement system, mud tanks are necessary part to link all the rotating or vibrating machines. Building high quality mud tanks is one of the guarantees to provide high quality solids control systems, drilling waste management system, dewatering system, clean water storage tank system, diesel tanks etc. With many years experiences in design and manufacturing, we optimized a lot from the beginning. And up to now, we already form a stable and comprehensive manufacturing procedures for solids control equipment and mud tanks or water tanks.

One of the water tanks order was just completed. It is 50m3 volume water tanks servicing in drilling rig site, to provide living water and working water. The tank bottom adopt 20# I-beam as the main beam, 12# I-beam as the secondary beam, paving with 8mm thickness steel plate. The tank roof welded by 100*100*6mm square pipe, paving with 5mm thickness checked plate. The wall of the tank was built by 6mm corrugated wall panel. For some special requirement, we can also customize the mud tanks according to the specific requirements.

Except for materials selection, the entire processing is also very important to make a perfect mud tanks or water tanks. The production team need to pay much attention to material cutting, sandblasting, coatings. For the materials cuttings, we usually adopt laser cutting with high precision. For tank sandblasting, it is better to do sandblasting for the steel sheet. After sandblasting, quickly to spray 1^st layer painting to avoid fast corrosion. The entire coating might be executed during the middle process or final product. In the regard of painting brand, we usually adopt marine anti-corrosion brand Tianjin MSB or Norway Jotun. They are very popular painting brand in oil & gas field. All in all, it is not easy to make a perfect product, it need many years hard working with passion.
