Manual Speed Regulation Screw Pump

Screw pump also named as progressive cavitypump, and it is can be adopted to transfer the fluids continuously without pulse, and with stable discharging pressure. By selecting proper materials for pump stator and rotor, the screw pump can be applied for many industries. On oil drilling sites, it's ideal pump to transfer the drilling mud or oily sludge with higher solids content.

Our manual speed regulation pump, the pump is equipped with special customized geardrive, and the gearbox ratio can be adjusted manually, thus to adjust the transfer flow rate of fluids. Our screw pump is equivalent to Netzsch brand Nemo pumps or NOV brandt Mono pumps. They are both very popular pumps working as centrifuge feed pump throughout the world.

Direct Driven Mud Agitator

Mud Agitator have different types and can be customized per requirements.  Usually, we have 3 types as below:

• Direct driven agitator with worm gear reducer
• Coupler driven agitator with worm gear reducer
• Direct driven agitator with bevel gear reducer

Among the 3 types mud agitator, bevel gear reducer agitator is proved to be the most reliable agitator, much lower noise, very good working reliability and almost no need maintenance or spare parts. The purchase cost of this type agitator will be a bit higher.

PAC Dosing Tank Agitator

Dosing tank is usually adopted to mixing PAC or PAM agent. After the agent fully mixed and cured, it can be supply to drilling fluids for coagulation and then the ultra-fine solids can be coagulated to bigger particles and ready to be separated by decanter centrifuge or Filter Press.

The clients bought the small dosing tank agitator from us and prepare the plastic dosing tank locally to save cost.
