Kazakhstan is a country rich in a wide variety of natural resources, which play a crucial role in its economy. Kazakhstan has substantial oil reserves. As of 2023, it is estimated to hold around 30 billion barrels of proven oil reserves. The country's main oil - producing regions include the Caspian Sea area, where the Kashagan field is located. The Kashagan field is one of the largest oil discoveries in the past 40 years, with an estimated recoverable reserve of about 9 - 13 billion barrels. Kazakhstan also has significant natural gas reserves. Proven natural gas reserves are estimated to be around 3 trillion cubic meters. The gas fields are mainly distributed in the western and southern parts of the country. For example, the Karachaganak field is a major gas - condensate field, which contains large amounts of natural gas along with condensate. Except oil & gas resources, Kazakhstan also has good reserves of minerals, Iron ores, Coal and gold.

To facilitate the drilling equipment business between China and Kazakhstan, CAOG Exhibition host each year, where lots of drilling equipment and drilling accessories manufacturers will attend the exhibition to show the latest technology equipment and tools. Pursuing high-capacity shakers with improved separation performance is one non-stop trends of drilling companies. We met with Kazakhstan local drilling company and discussed about our cutting-edge design shakers which has been working in many rigsite in China. The client was very interested with our design and presentation of VAST premium shale shakers, and we will offer sample for them to test in the coming months.

Besides, we also discussed about the supply of various shaker screens, the replacement screens to Derrick shaker and Brandt shakers. Favorable price and payment terms will be provided to support the long partnership.

Engineered design Decanter centrifuges for drilling mud treatment

Decanter centrifuge is also one important topic during the exhibition. The popular size centrifuge for oil drilling treatment is 14inch and 18inch size decanter centrifuge. And We can offer gearbox driven centrifuge, VFD centrifuge and hydraulic centrifuge. According to the requirement of tenders, we can offer the proper configurations to support.

WBM Dewatering unit for Waste mud pit treatment

WBM dewatering process can be achieved by different type equipment combined system. Decanter centrifuge with flocculation unit can achieve the WBM dewatering. Filter press with flocculent unit can also achieve the WBM dewatering process. We can offer both option designs to support client.
