For oil drilling mud & engineering, the
14in, 18in and 22in centrifuge are very popular centrifuge sizes in the market.
Our 14in centrifuge is equivalent to Derrick DE1000 and NOV Brandt HS-3400
Centrifuges. We can also make VFD Centrifuge and FHD Centrifuge with different
drive to fit for the different application requirements. Fully hydraulic drive
centrifuge is popular in the rig site with unstable power voltage change.
For the design of our centrifuges, we adopt wear-free idea to for the design to minimize the wearing of impeller and centrifuge bowl. For the production materials, we mainly adopt Duplex SS2205 for the centrifuge bowl and impeller to maximum extend the service lifetime.
Waste mud dewatering system is becoming more popular by emerging of requirements from the Ministry of Environmental Protection governments. We usually adopt waste mud flocculation unit to coagulate the waste mud and dewatering the waste mud by Filter Press or by Decanter centrifuge.
