Shale shaker is the 1st stage
solids control equipment in drilling fluids treatment. During the drilling
process, the drill bit cuts through the rock formations, generating large
amounts of solid debris. The drilling fluid is circulated downhole to cool and
lubricate the drill bit, carry the cuttings back to the surface, and maintain
wellbore stability. The shale shaker screens out these cuttings, allowing the
cleaned drilling fluid to be reused in the well. By removing the large
cuttings, shale shakers help maintain the proper density and viscosity of the
drilling fluid.
Recently, we completed the production of
2sets Premium shale shakers, similar design to Swaco Mongoose shaker. We
adopted OLI brand vibration shakers, it is Italian brand motor and made in
China Zhejiang Wolong city. The shaker is equipped with same size screen to
Swaco Mongoose shaker screen. We also did some improvement in the design to
make it more reasonable and durable. Swaco Mongoose shaker is 4-panel shale
shaker popular in solids control application, we also make 5-panel shale shaker
with vast treating capacity. Our 5 panel
VAST premium shaker can deal with large volume flow rate mud and reduce the
working stress in the following equipment like mud cleaners and centrifuges. KES
