Known as the “efficient mixing expert” for drilling fluid configuration, the jet mud mixer is a core supporting equipment for oil drilling solids control systems, suitable for all kinds of complex drilling environments. It relies on the principle of high-speed jet mixing: through a special nozzle, it sprays a strong liquid flow, which efficiently sucks in materials under negative pressure to achieve fast and uniform mixing of drilling fluid. No intermediate transmission parts are needed, so it’s highly efficient in power transmission. With its compact structure, easy operation and stable performance, it can handle high-density, high-viscosity drilling fluid with ease. Compared with traditional mechanical mixers, it’s more worry-free and efficient — definitely the top choice for heavy mud configuration.

The centrifugal pump, on the other hand, is the “power heart” of the entire drilling fluid circulation system. It takes on the important task of transporting slurry containing solid particles, providing continuous and stable power support for the mud mixer and various solids control equipment. Made of high-wear-resistant materials with an open impeller design, it can effectively resist abrasion from mud and sand, avoid blockages, and ensure long-term continuous operation. When paired with the VFD inverter control cabinet, it can achieve stepless speed regulation, which not only reduces operating costs but also accurately meets the needs of different working conditions.

The VFD control panel is just like the “smart brain”, realizing precise control of the mud mixer and centrifugal pump. It abandons the traditional fixed-frequency start mode, reduces equipment impact through soft start and soft stop to extend service life, and is equipped with multiple protection functions to ensure stable and reliable system operation. Operators can easily adjust the equipment status through the panel or remote control, making the entire drilling fluid system run intelligently and efficiently. In addition, considering the local rainy climate, the cabinet has been specially designed with a rain hood and protective rain curtain to enhance weather resistance and ensure safe and stable operation even in rainy conditions.
