High G Dryer

Drilling Mud Shale Shaker is the first phase screening and separation machine in a solids control system. With over 10 years of experience in design and manufacturing, KES Separation heavy-duty shale shakers are able to operate in most hazardous areas for both onshore and offshore drilling activities.
During the oil drilling mud system, the cuttings discharged from the shaker unit normally need to be further separated to recover the base mud for reuse. Meanwhile, the cuttings can be much drier after further treatment. The dry cuttings are reduced in total volume, which helps the easy transportation from the rig site to a central handling point, like a Thermal Desorption Unit or other kinds of oily cuttings treatment systems. High-G drying shakers / Vertical G dryers are very popular to stand by the shaker unit and work to recover the base mud from the shaker discharges.
