A complete set of tailor-made solids control system has successfully completed production, and is now ready for deliver to Nigeria. Designed specifically for local drilling conditions and customer requirements, this customized system will provide efficient, stable, and easy-to-operate support for onsite oilfield operations.
This shipment includes a complete package of practical and high-performance equipment for drilling fluid processing and cuttings treatment, including:
- 2 sets of 18-inch VFD decanter centrifuge systems equipped with NETZSCH NEMO pumps, electrical control cabinets, and telescopic skids,
- 1 set of 5-panel shale shaker system with skid,
- 1 set of vertical cuttings dryer,
- a complete screw conveyor system with integrated electrical control.
Before delivery, all equipment completed full factory assembly, no-load testing, and detailed quality inspection to ensure stable operation after arrival at the project site. Every major component was checked carefully, including motor rotation, control system communication, conveyor operation, and pipeline connection details.
As overseas drilling projects continue to grow, customers are no longer focused only on equipment capacity or basic specifications. One of the key highlights is the telescopic skid design. Compared with traditional fixed structures, the telescopic support greatly simplifies transport and onsite installation. After the equipment arrives at site, the customer can complete deployment much faster without complicated welding or additional fabrication work. This helps reduce installation time, lower labor costs, and shorten overall project preparation schedules.
KES Separation shale shaker features dual-trajectory motion – linear and elliptical switchable, enabling flexible operation. It adopts high-quality screens with anti-leakage step design for reliable sealing, plus a user-friendly screen clamping system for easy installation and replacement. Equipped with 8 rubber springs for stable vibration isolation, hydraulic angle adjustment mechanism for quick inclination tuning, It ensures long-term stable performance for drilling fluid separation.
The 18-inch decanter centrifuge bowl cylindrical and conical sections are manufactured from Duplex Stainless Steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, providing better wear resistance. Solids discharge areas are protected with tungsten carbide wear sleeves and scraper.
Considering the local rainy weather and humid working environment, additional protective rain covers were installed on electrical control cabinets, cable connection areas, and external wiring sections to improve operational safety and protect electrical components from moisture and water exposure.
The electrical control system was also designed with user-friendly operation in mind. The VFD control panel is equipped with Siemens PLC smart control and a Siemens touch screen interface, allowing operators to monitor and adjust equipment parameters more conveniently and accurately. The simplified control logic helps local crews learn operation procedures more quickly while improving overall system stability and reducing unnecessary downtime.
