Usually, there are several materials adopted for the furnace, we can use Carbon steel, stainles steel 304, stainless steel 321, stainless steel 316L. The material of furnace will decide the lifetime of operations.
Besides the furnace material, we also have dual stage cooling system which can condensate the oil firstly and condensate the water secondly. We also provide thermal oxidation unit to achieve higher environmental protection standard. The dual stage cooling system and TOU are for optional. The client can propose the request to get the better configurations.

Filtration systems for Brine treatment
The filtration systems are designed to replace the Europe brand and Dutch Filtration Equipment at more competative price, catering the brine filtration process applications. The full spread of filtration system including diesel feed pump, DE filter Press, dual pod filtration unit and DE slurry tank. We use the best material for the production. and the frame is certified by DNV2.7-1 Certificate, which can be used for both onshore and offshore applications.
