Positiveprogress pump is another pump widely used in oil drilling. It can transfer the drilling mud in high viscosity and high density. We normally source the pump from Germany Netzsch brand (Nemo) pump, it is similar to NOV Brandt Mono pumps. The main spare parts is the stator and rotor, easy to replace and better cost-performance in proper operation & maintenance. Recently we sourced a fleet of Netzsch brand pumps working for mud centrifuges. Screw pump is ideal feeding pump for decanter centrifuge because of its steady flow, without pulse.
