
Recently, the complete set of vertical cuttings dryer package customized by our company for the oil and gas project in southern Nigeria, has fully completed refined production, quality inspection and standardized dust-proof and moisture-proof packaging. All equipment is ready for shipment to the project site in Nigeria. The order includes 2 sets of cuttings dryers, 2 sets soft starter control cabinets and 2 sets screw pumps, forming an integrated one-stop solution for the customer’s on-site solid-liquid separation, cuttings treatment and medium conveying processes.
The client is a well-experienced local enterprise focusing on oil and gas environmental protection treatment and drilling solid control supporting services in the Niger Delta region. It has extremely strict industry requirements for equipment stability, environmental adaptability and electric control safety. Located on the West African coast, the region features a harsh operating environment with perennial high temperature, high humidity and heavy salt fog. In addition, the local industrial power grid suffers from frequent voltage fluctuations and unstable power supply, which easily cause overload, circuit damage and equipment shutdown of high-power equipment, putting forward stringent requirements on equipment protection performance, voltage stabilization and protection capability of electric control systems, and continuous operation stability.
Tailored to the special on-site working conditions, our optimized solution adopts a professional soft start control mode instead of the traditional direct start mode. The soft starter control cabinets realize smooth start and stop of motors, effectively reduce the current peak at the moment of high-power equipment startup, and greatly weaken the impact on the on-site power grid, avoiding common faults such as power grid overload tripping and motor burnout. Meanwhile, the control cabinet is equipped with multiple intelligent protection systems including overload, phase loss, overheating and short circuit, as well as a moisture-proof and dust-proof cabinet design, which perfectly adapts to the complex local power supply environment and harsh outdoor working scenarios, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

The matched cuttings dryers and screw pumps form an efficient linkage operation system, specially designed for the conveying and solid-liquid separation of oilfield solid-containing waste liquid and drilling cuttings. It can effectively improve the operating efficiency of on-site drilling solid control and waste treatment, and help customers achieve environmentally compliant production. In the production process, we strictly abide by West African oilfield equipment production standards. Standardized quality inspection procedures are implemented in every process, from component selection, precision processing and overall assembly to no-load trial operation, load simulation test and wiring safety verification, so as to strictly control product quality and ensure zero defective products delivered.

At present, all equipment has been packed and is ready for shipment. Moisture-proof film, reinforced wooden frames and protective outer packaging have been used to help protect the equipment against moisture, impact and wear during the long sea journey.
