Description
KESS Cuttings blower is the prime cuttings mover of the cuttings in offshore bulk handling system, to collect the transport the cuttings from shaker ditch to cuttings tank. KESS Cuttings blower has a very compact footprint to minimize the space required for cuttings-conveying equipment. Our cuttings blower can convey cuttings at 30~40m3/h at ideal conditions, and can transport the cuttings to reach any part of an offshore rig.
Technical Features of KES Separation Cuttings Blower:
A level probe is normally fitted to ensure suitable cycling efficiency, resulting in automatic operation under normal circumstances.
With IEC/ATEX certified control cabinet, KES Cuttings Blower can be both used in Zone II and ATEX Zone I hazardous environments with no modifications.
All exposed external and internal faces are coated with high quality paintings for corrosion resistance and lower friction coefficient, and a low-friction plastic liner is fitted to the feed chute.
