• Dual Trajectory Movement, patent technology with two motors to achieve dual trajectory movement.
• External Operation for Screen Mesh Tightening, allowing obstacle-free disassembly and assembly of the screen mesh.
• Hydraulic angle adjustment; it only takes 20 seconds to adjust upward by 8 degrees and only 5 seconds to adjust downward by 8 degrees, very quick and safe operation.
• Can work with vacuum unit to perform as Vacuum screen shaker.  Our design no need external compressed air supply, more convenient for operation.
• Compact structure, with a total length of 2.8 meters for the 5-screen shaker. The screen size is same to Swaco Mongoose screen. Easy to get replacement screens for users.

Over the years, the new design shale shaker has been tested and verified in many drilling operations. And we compared the performance with world popular brand like Derrick FLC503 or FLC504 shakers, and we also compared the performance with Swaco Mongoose. Our new design 5-panel shale shaker provided outstanding performance. And we recorded lots performance data in past years. 

Some background of the order from Nigeria to share with our valuable readers. The client has Derrick FLC503 shale shakers installed in the drilling rig platform. However, due to improper storage and maintenance, those Derrick shakers are not able to cope with the high demands of drilling operations. The client wants some replacement shakers with better performance, vast capacity and good price. We have been in touch with the clients for many years, and the client ordered our VAST Premium shaker after several rounds discussion.
